Hizete Technology Showcases at The Big5 Dubai Exhibition: Eco-Friendly Building Materials Garner Worldwide Attention, Global Expansion Drive Gains Further
(December 2025 News) From November 24 to 27 (local time), the 46th Big5 Global Exhibition came to a successful close at the Dubai World Trade Centre. As the premier construction and building materials event in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA) region, this edition drew over 2,800 exhibitors from 165 countries and 85,000 professional visitors. Wuxi Hizete Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hizete Technology") made a high-profile appearance with its three core product lines—carbon crystal panels, UV-cured panels, and Fluted Panel Grilles. With its solutions integrating environmental sustainability and technological innovation, the company stood out as a prominent representative of the Chinese delegation.
Precisely Aligning with Market Needs, Core Products Take Center Stage
Hizete Technology’s exhibited product portfolio was closely aligned with the exhibition’s theme of "Smart Construction and Sustainable Development". Among the offerings, low-carbon carbon crystal panels garnered widespread attention for their dual advantages of high energy efficiency and eco-friendly substrates. By combining advanced carbon crystal heating technology with formaldehyde-free base materials, these panels perfectly cater to the energy-saving requirements of high-end residential and commercial spaces in the Middle East. On-site, numerous merchants from Saudi Arabia and Qatar conducted in-depth consultations on hotel heating projects.
Tailored to the hot and humid climatic conditions of the MEASA region, Hizete’s weather-resistant UV-cured panels also delivered an outstanding performance. Processed via a specialized UV curing process, these panels feature a surface hardness of over 4H, along with UV aging resistance, waterproofing, and mold resistance. Complemented by diverse textures such as imitation marble and wood grain, they have emerged as a preferred choice for villa renovations and shopping mall refurbishments. Additionally, the fluted panel grilles series—characterized by flexible splicing—has secured cooperation intentions from multiple local precast component manufacturers in the UAE, owing to its compatibility with modular construction practices.
"The technical maturity and cost-effectiveness of Chinese building materials have surpassed expectations. Hizete’s products not only address material degradation issues caused by the Middle Eastern climate but also fulfill personalized design requirements," commented the Procurement Director of Al Futtaim Group, a renowned local Dubai-based construction firm, after evaluating the product samples.
Securing Cooperation Achievements, Forging Bridges for Global Supply Chains
Leveraging the Big5 Exhibition’s global resource integration capabilities, Hizete Technology achieved remarkable cooperative outcomes during the four-day event: it signed agency intent agreements with 5 distributors from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, covering core Middle Eastern markets; finalized initial supply contracts with 2 large-scale engineering enterprises for hotel renovation and residential construction projects, with a total value exceeding RMB 8 million; and collected over 120 targeted procurement inquiries, laying a solid foundation for subsequent market expansion.
During the exhibition, Hizete Technology was also invited to participate in the "Global Summit of Leaders in Sustainable Construction". The company’s Technical Director delivered insights on the "Large-scale Application Pathways of Low-Carbon Building Materials", proposing a three-dimensional development model of "substrate environmentalization + process energy conservation + recycling circularity", and engaged in in-depth exchanges with industry representatives from Germany and Italy.
Anchoring the Internationalization Strategy to Accelerate Global Market Deployment
"The MEASA region imports 60% of its building materials, and the UAE's construction and building materials market is projected to hit $133.53 billion by 2027. This represents a substantial opportunity for Hizete," stated Yu Weiwei, General Manager of the company. He noted that the exhibition participation had not only secured a market breakthrough, but also defined the roadmap for product upgrading through engagement with global clients — customized R&D initiatives targeting the Middle Eastern market have been launched, with plans to roll out high weather-resistant UV panels and an intelligent temperature-controlled carbon crystal panel series.
It is reported that shortly after the exhibition, the first group of overseas clients embarked on a visit to Hizete Technology’s Wuxi production base, conducting on-site inspections of the production lines and quality control system. Moving forward, the company will leverage Dubai as a strategic hub to gradually establish warehousing and service centers across the Middle East, facilitating the deeper integration of China’s green building materials into the global supply chain.
